Multi-Purpose Room Rentals

Looking for space to host a meeting, social event, or dryland training please review the rooms below to determine which room is right for your. Pre-booking is available 7 days in advance and is required.

Community Room: Located at the Okotoks Recreation Centre, this multi-purpose room overlooks the Piper arena and is suitable for presentations, workshops, team building, small trade shows, fitness programming or dryland training, and group meetings. Room Capacity: Fire code 105 and recommended 50 with tables and chairs.

Lecture Room: Located at the Okotoks Recreation Centre, this small meeting room on the main floor is suitable for presentations, small lectures, team building, and group meetings. Room Capacity: Fire code 25 and recommended 15.

Provincial Room: Located at Centennial Arenas, this main floor meeting room overlooking the Leisure Ice Arena and is ideal for birthday parties, presentations, small lectures, team building, and group meetings. This room is NOT suitable for dryland training or fitness programming. Room Capacity: Fire code 50 and recommended 20.

National Room: Located at Centennial Arenas. this second-floor multipurpose room is suitable for presentations, workshops, team building, small trade shows, fitness programming or dryland training, and group meetings. Room Capacity: Fire code 75 and recommended 20. This space typically is not set up with tables and chairs.
