Senior's Week - Water Fitness for Wellness

Come join us for some in pool instruction on how to lead yourself through a water workout.  Our instructors will give you valuable information and feedback on how to warm up, stretch and work specific parts of your body for strength and stability.  We will have deep and shallow water spaces available as well as a “how to” for using water equipment to help improve your exercise regime.
