Living Well: Gentle Exercise

Are you living with a managed chronic condition, recovering from an injury, or experiencing reduced mobility? This supportive and socially engaging group fitness class will lead you through safe, gentle exercises including light intensity cardio warm-up, strength and balance exercises, plus stretching and cool-down. Gain confidence as you maintain or build upon your current fitness ability, all while meeting new friends! Participants with mobility aids are welcome in this class and modifications are provided, including option to exercise from a chair. This class includes access and guided instruction to cardio and weight machines at Natural High Fitness Centre.
