Aquafitness - Bonus Warm Water

*Bonus class added when pool space/Instructor are available* An aerobic and strength workout in the warm water. Can choose to either exercise in chest deep water with feet on the pool bottom or use a provided buoyancy belt in the deep end. Options provided for participants needing a gentler approach, as well as options to challenge yourself while working on cardio conditioning and muscle tone. Focus on balance and stability as well.
