55+ Pilates

This low-impact class featuring choice-based progression will focus on activating deep muscles in coordination with superficial muscles as you work towards strength, stability and mobility, and learn to move more naturally with greater ease. You will be introduced to a variety of props as you develop control, precision and awareness of movements. Mat work included. Pre-booking is required, please have proof of payment available for representative.
