Join Tamara Boivin for a full-body workout that combines cardio, conditioning, coordination and strength training. The class starts with 30 minutes of Pound® featuring yoga and pilates-inspired movements using Ripstix® (lightly weighted drumsticks), and finishes with 30 minutes of Zumba® Dance Fitness to move, shake and forget the stresses of life while having F-U-N! No experience necessary.
